10 DAY RETURN POLICY
RETURNS MADE EASY: We will happily accept returns that are not worn, used, damaged or laundered. When you realize you would like to return an item, please email CH at: Hello@CloudHunterCo.com. You have 10 days from the time your package is received to notify us. You may select a refund or store credit. We will send a return shipping label to domestic customers in order to track the package. Shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount. Our postage rates are discounted. If domestic customers use their own labels, we can not be responsible for that returned item. These terms are for your protection to make sure your return is delivered safely to CH. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
INTERNATIONAL customers must return products by purchasing their own shipping label and providing us with a tracking number.
MADE TO ORDER: If you are uncertain about any fabrics, please purchase fabric swatches. Anything made with our silks (not color chart silks) is returnable if no customization has been made (i.e. hem length added or subtracted). Returns must be in new unused condition. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
CUSTOM: A custom order is one which something in the original style has been changed, or if it is created from a silk fabric not offered on the Cloud Hunter order charts. Custom orders are not returnable. Before placing a custom color order, I urge customers to first try on the style they are interested in from CH stock items.
SALE ITEMS: All sales are final on sale items. Items purchased using discount codes can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Thank you.
Cloud Hunter maintains a high level of quality control and will assume responsibility and correct any CH mistake with your item. Please contact us with in 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our very best to make you happy!
Our 'Made to Order' designs are produced as orders are received. Turn around time is usual one to two weeks. 'Stock' items are made and ready to ship in approximately two days. Please contact us with special requests or inquiries. If you need an item by a certain date, we will try to make it happen. You need to let us know in the notes section at check out or send us an email. There are usually more items in stock than listed on the website. Please inquire if you have a special need. We can work with you.

-All shipments are from California, the closer you are the faster you receive!
-Once an item is shipped, you receive a tracking number. Please follow your tracking information to ensure your shipments safe arrival. We are not responsible for items after they are shipped. Please contact the post office directly with any issues.
To find your shipping rate please add your items to your cart. Your shipping rate will be calculated when you are ready to check out.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Eco-Friendly dry-cleaning is suggested for all garments to upkeep garment quality. Silks all need to be dry-cleaned. Non-silk items dry-clean is suggested.
